| Communication problems |
- Load the device log from the myDataconC3
using
the DeviceConfig
(see "Log" tab). A list of all the possible device logic error codes is
included in the chapter "Log entries and error codes" (see Log entries and error codes).

| Not all or no data is available on the server. |
- The connection was aborted during the transmission, which is indicated by a
timeout entry in the connection list (see "myDatanet Server Manual " 805002). Solution:
Initiate a transmission or wait for the next cyclical transfer.
- The assignment of the device and site is not correct (see Site).

| The data at universal input is not plausible |
|
| The alarm state of a measurement channel has not been recognised. |
- Increase measurement interval
|
| The alarm state has not been transmitted although the data is
available. |
- Check the alarm settings of the measurement channel
- The connection was aborted during the transmission, which is indicated by a
