Replacing the rechargeable buffer battery

The internal rechargeable buffer battery is continuously charged by the PV module and, under normal operating conditions, should never be completely discharged. The voltage that the charge controller attempts to maintain has been selected to ensure that the rechargeable buffer battery achieves the longest possible service life. However, the service life of the buffer battery is also influenced by operating and storage conditions and is not unlimited. If there is any suspicion that the rechargeable buffer battery is defective, the Lizzox Pure Flood must be returned in its original packaging to the manufacturer (see Contact information) or a certified service partner (see Repair & return and Transport). The rechargeable buffer battery may only be replaced by the manufacturer or a certified service partner.
