Connection examples
Important: These connection examples only apply if the sensor is also approved for operation in areas with a zone 0, zone 1 or zone 2 explosive atmosphere and if the ATEX requirements (e.g. distances between the signal lines) are observed and maintained when the sensor is connected.

Tip: If a universal input has to be operated in "Meter" channel mode, it must be ensured that the sensor supply VOUT is permanently switched on. However, this greatly increases the energy requirements and thus significantly shortens the operating time of the device.
