1) applies to ongoing operation. A current peak is caused by the input capacity at the time of activation.
The myDataconC3 is equipped with a relatively large input capacity (330 µF ) to ensure reliable switchover to the integrated rechargeable buffer battery in the event of a supply voltage failure. When selecting the power supply please ensure that it is able to supply the required initial current. A selection of compatible power supply units is included in the chapter Power supply. The supply voltage input is also equipped with a diode to protect against polarity reversal and a 1,6 A T fuse.
