Status LED

The status LED is used both to display the error/status codes and to indicate the current operating state. The error/status codes are issued every 3 seconds unless there is an active mobile network connection.

Operating states
Status LED Colour Description
flickering green Establishing connection
on green Mobile network connection established
off --- Normal measuring operation according to configuration until the next transmission
blinking green Last connection OK
blinking red Error detected during last connection establishment
on blue Button has been pressed for more than 3 sec.
on magenta The myDataconC3 is supplied by the rechargeable buffer battery.

Error/status codes

1x green Last connection OK ---
2x red Last transmission faulty
  • Try again later
7x red Network block/no matching provider
  • Improve position of the antenna
  • Check whether the device is within the coverage of one of the service providers supported by the integrated SIM chip
  • Unlock network (see "myDatanetDeviceConfig Manual " 805004)
8x red No mobile network
  • Try again later
  • Improve position of the antenna
10x red No mobile network connection Improve position of the antenna
11x red no myDatanet server available
  • Check whether port 51241 is unlocked on the myDatanet server
  • Try again later
12x red Faulty SIM chip Contact support
