General problems

Problem	Cause/solution
Communication problems (between PRE-PT-D30 and data logger)	Reduce the distance between the PRE-PT-D30 and the data logger, and try to avoid obstacles such as walls and similar. The capacity of the battery is virtually depleted.
The measurement value "Pressure" is not plausible	The alignment of the PRE-PT-D30 is incorrect. The process connction must always point upwards. The capacity of the battery is virtually depleted. Air is trapped in the supply line to the PRE-PT-D30 . Vent the supply line. If the PRE-PT-D30 has been installed in accordance with the recommendations in chapter Installation on a piping system fitting, you can use the shut-off valve for this purpose. Check whether the inlet of the process connection is blocked (see Overview). If blockages occur repeatedly, install a sediment separator in the supply line to the PRE-PT-D30 .
