Set meter reading

An active connection between the Jellox Pulse and the myDatanet server is required to set the meter reading. The wizard first asks you to trigger a transmission by pressing the reed switch for at least 3 sec. (see Reed switch), before you can move on to the next step.

Once the wizard has been launched and the connection has been established, the Jellox Pulse remains connected to the myDatanet server for 10 min. . The details entered in the current step are saved immediately by clicking "Next".Once the timeout has expired, or when you click the "Done" button in the final step of the wizard, the online connection between theJellox Pulse and the myDatanet server is disconnected.

Error code indicating why the meter reading could not be set Error code Explanation -1 Internal error If this error appears several times, contact the manufacturer (see Contact information) -2 Configuration error An attempt was made to set the meter reading although it has not yet been saved that the measurement channel has been switched to "Counter" mode. Cancel the process of setting the meter reading by clicking the "Back" button repeatedly until you return to the specific input screen for configuring the site. Then click the "Save" button below the "Smart Actions" configuration section to save the configuration. Afterwards, open the wizard for setting the meter reading again. -3 Command expired Within 20 sec. there was no response that the meter reading has been set successfully. The mobile network connection has been disconnected. Initiate another connction establishment by pressing the reed switch for at least 3 sec. -99 Server error If this error appears several times, contact the manufacturer (see Contact information)
