Determining the pressure

The "PRE‑PT‑D30 " sensor module supported by the Jellox Pulse uses a piezoresistive sensor to measure pressure. The sensor’s diaphragm is in direct contact with the medium being measured..

The module chain described in the following is started every 10 sec. (i.e. with the measurement interval) and executed once. The first stage ("Raw") is already completed in the sensor module. I.e. the measurement value provided by the sensor module is already the the temperature compensated pressure value. The measurement interval is independent from the record interval and cannot be altered. It is used to monitor the conditions under which a "Smart Action" is triggered. It is the currently valid measurement value generated in the measurement interval that is recorded. The measurements executed since the last recording are not consolidated (e.g. average determination). The interval for the recordings can be selected via the "Record interval" parameter (see Device settings). The "Smart Actions" can, however, be used to switch to an alternative record interval (see Edit Smart Action (Source is a meter reading or the measurement value of a sensor module)).
