Error code indicating why the meter reading could not be set Error code Explanation -1 Internal error If this error appears several times, contact the manufacturer (see Contact information) -2 Configuration error An attempt was made to set the meter reading although it has not yet been saved that the measurement channel has been switched to "Counter" mode. Click "Apply" or "Save" to save the configuration and only then set the meter reading. -3 Command expired Within 20 sec. there was no response that the meter reading has been set successfully. -99 Server error If this error appears several times, contact the manufacturer (see Contact information)
