Reed switch
The MDN Magnet (206.803) included in the scope of delivery is required for operating the reed switch. The reed switch can be used to activate setup mode, to manually initiate the search for remote sensors, to switch on the display of the Jellox Node for 20 sec. or to switch between the tabs on the screen if the display is switched on. The "detected hold of the reed switch" symbol is displayed in the status bar of the display for as long as the MDN Magnet is held to the Jellox Node (see Status bar)

1) If the local radio connection between Jellox Node and a sensor module is lost (E003, see Error codes), the search for remote sensors is initiated before establishing a mobile network connection when setup mode is activated.
The display of the Jellox Node is activated as soon as the reed switch is pressed. If the display is active, the tabs with information about the Jellox Node itself and the sensor modules are shown subsequently (see Display). When pressing briefly the first time while the display is active, automatic switching between the tabs is deactivated. After that, you can switch between the tabs when pressing the switch again. The remaining time the display is active for is reset to 20 sec. every time the reed switch is pressed.
