Storage of the product
To store the Jellox Analog , activate transport mode by setting the "operating mode" in the input window "Device settings" (see Device settings ) to "transport". Then activate the setup mode using the solenoid switch (see Setup mode) to transmit the altered configuration to the Jellox Analog . This way any data that has not yet been transferred to the myDatanet server at this point in time is transmitted. The data transmission and measurement are then deactivated. The sensor cable and antenna can be removed as soon as the mobile network connection has been terminated - indicated by "transport mode" being shown on the display (see Display). You may need to activate the display again by briefly holding the magnet (approx. 1 sec.) to the reed switch again (see Reed switch). Most of the compatible sensor modules do not have to be deactivated separately. Information on whether a sensor module has a special transport mode is provided in the chapter "Storage of the product" of the user manual of the relevant sensor module. Store all of the components of the Jellox Analog in their original packaging. Do not remove the protective armour during this process. The sensor connector must be protected during storage using the protective cap (type "UTS10DCG") included in the scope of supply. If necessary, the protective cap must be cleaned before attaching it.
The Jellox Analog is placed in a very energy-saving mode by activating transport mode. However, it may still occur that the batteries are fully discharged if the device is stored for very long periods. However, the configuration and the most recently recorded data are always retained. Transport mode is deactivated again by triggering setup mode again and the Jellox Analog resumes operation according to the configuration. A connection to the myDatanet server is also established as part of this process, so that any changes to the configuration settings made via the server interface are transmitted to the device. Sensor modules that do not have a transport mode are always ready for operation and do not have to be activated separately.
