The type plate is located on the right side of the device and contain the following specifications:

  • Type designation
  • Serial number
  • Item number
  • Country list profile of the SIM chip
  • Hardware revision
  • Environmental conditions during operation
  • Degree of protection
  • Week and year of production
  • CE marking
  • Logo for the EU WEEE Directive
  • Chargeable features released at the time of delivery
  • Manufacturer's address

The correct specification of the type designation and serial number is important for all queries and spare part orders. Only then can we process requests promptly and properly.
